It’s 2018 and you might be thinking about starting to eat more healthily. Often, even though we have every intention of doing so, any plans we have can soon fall by the wayside and we go back to old habits. As outlined in this infographic from HappyCleans, it isn’t always easy to eat the right food as food labels can be so confusing.

For example, many of you will be familiar with looking at food labels with terms such as light and low fat. However, even though these foods are better than the full fat version of the product, it’s important to remember that reduced fat products on unhealthy foods are still pretty unhealthy.

The bread aisle is another confusing one and it can be hard to know which bread is healthy and which is not. In truth, it’s hard to find healthy bread but the labels can still be very confusing. For example, some might believe that multigrain is the healthy option but this just means that the bread includes more than one grain. Find out more in the infographic.
