It’s a myth that you will have to roast the entire turkey for the tradition’s sake. You can simply roast Turkey breasts. Its juicy meat and crispy outer skin make it deliciously unique.

Ingredients:
– 2 tsp olive oil
– 2 tsp dried oregano
– 2 tsp dried crumbled rosemary
– 2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp onion powder

How to make
– Pre-heat oven on 375° F. Place breast side on roasting pan at the rack side.
– Make a paste by mixing olive oil, paprika, oregano, rosemary, onion powder, garlic, salt thyme altogether.
– Brush the paste in and out on the meat’s skin so it will become smooth
– Roast it in the oven for around 20mins. Per pound until meat reaches the internal temperature of 160°F (use a thermometer to measure the temperature accuracy). Boneless Turkey Breasts may get cooked faster than the bone ones.
– Remove it from the oven and wrap it in a loose aluminium foil until it reaches 165°F.
– Slice it and serve it.

How to make
– Heat the oven around 50 degrees F.
– Mix sugar and cornstarch and put them aside.
– Add 1/4 cup of sugar mixture in egg whites and stir well. Repeat until all sugar gets mixed with egg white and becomes thick. Add vinegar and vanilla extract now.
– Spread the mixture on parchment paper (6-7 inches wide, 3-4 inches thick. Bake for 1hour and then turn off the oven. Open the oven door to let the mixture get cool.
– Whisk cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract form soft peaks.
– Your Pavlova and cream are ready. Do icing with the cream and fruits on Pavlova. It is ready.
