  • Clove oil paste and Hydrogen Peroxide: another mixture you will get by mixing with it with the clove oil paste, brush your gums and teeth with this paste gently, repeat this as needed.

How to Use Aloe Vera Gel for Gums

Aloe Vera is an anti- inflammatory and has healing properties, so, it’s been found to be more beneficial in the treatment of gingivitis. Fresh Aloe Vera gel provides a powerful gum disease healing treatment at home and prevents from bad breath as well as heals wounded gums.

  • Get a fresh Aloe Vera gel, massage on your gums gently, leave it for half an hour, and rinse with lukewarm water, repeat this process four to five or more times in a day as needed.
  • You can also put some Aloe Vera gel into your mouth, and spit it out, repeat it several times in a day as required.
  • You also can intake two teaspoon Aloe Vera juice regularly.

Oil Pulling: oil pulling is an Ayurvadic traditional method for oral care which helps in getting bacteria free gums, reduce plaque, and prevent from the bad breath. It provides an overall care as it removes bacteria and provides hygienic mouth as well as treating gum disease naturally.

  • Get tablespoon sesame oil in your mouth, swish it around your gums and spit it off after fifteen minutes when it turns milky and rinse with lukewarm water. You can repeat this treatment daily for a month.
  • You can also repeat the procedure with coconut oil for better results.

Treat Gums Naturally with Tea Tree Oil:

This oil has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to reduce the gum disease, though it is not ant bacterial, so it’s not helpful to remove plaque from the mouth. You can simply drop some drops of tea tree oil on the paste and brush your teeth gently, which will help you in reducing the gingivitis as well as bleeding from the gums. You can also buy a paste with tea tree oil content. You can use it for brushing for several weeks until your gingivitis gets cured.

Myrrh – tincture: myrrh tincture is an antibacterial, antiseptic and astringent that is often recommended for sore gums.

  • Mix 10 drops into a glass of lukewarm water and rinse your mouth to clean the gums, repeats this process twice a day and on a regular basis for several weeks until your gums not gets cured.
